Heloisa Eustorgio was born in Brasilia, the capital of Brazil, in 1979. She comes from a humble and numerous family made up of three sisters and three brothers and most of her childhood was spent in northeastern Brazil in Teresina. In 1999 she moved to Rio de Janeiro with her mother and sisters. In 2003 she moved to Milan in Italy, where her passion for photography began. The birth of her first son gave her new impetus, encouraging her to enroll in the photography course at the European Institute of Design in Milan. At the I.E.D she started to perfect knowledge techniques to shape her passion. In her thesis project the theme referred to an awareness campaign aimed at parents on early childhood education. Heloisa created a book of portraits referring commercially to the world of advertising with children. Her thesis was extremely recognized with a 30 and praise. Most of her images are made by exploiting the natural light and using a continuous light projector. Photography for her has become an irreplaceable way of loving the world around her, especially the imaginary world of children.
